Thank you for your interest in the Fortuna Latina Financial Literacy Program ("Program"), a free financial education initiative designed to empower Latinas and women with the tools and knowledge to achieve financial freedom.

By registering and participating in the Program, you ("Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Access & Participation
- Participation in this Program is completely free of charge.The Program may include live virtual trainings, downloadable materials, discussion groups, and other educational resources.

- Continued access to the Program may be contingent on your active participation and adherence to these Terms.

2. Respectful Community Guidelines

- All Participants agree to create and maintain a respectful, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

- Harassment, discrimination, disrespectful language, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

- The Program reserves the right to remove any Participant from sessions or the community platform if their behavior violates this standard.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

- All content provided in the Program—including but not limited to training materials, worksheets, recordings, presentations, and course content—is protected intellectual property of the Program organizers and/or affiliated partners.

- You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or resell any part of the Program content, whether for personal, educational, or commercial use, without explicit written permission.

- Participation in this Program does not grant you any rights or licenses to use the content beyond personal learning and development.

4. Recording & Privacy

- Some live sessions may be recorded and shared within the Program community or used for educational purposes.

- By participating, you consent to be recorded during these sessions if you choose to turn on your camera or speak publicly.

- Please be mindful not to share any private or sensitive personal information during sessions.

5. No Financial Advice or Guarantees

- The content provided is for educational purposes only and is not intended as financial, legal, or tax advice.

- Participants are encouraged to consult with licensed financial professionals for personal financial decisions.

- The Program makes no guarantees regarding specific financial outcomes from participation.

6. Program Modifications or Termination

- The Program organizers reserve the right to modify the content, schedule, or format of the Program at any time.

- The Program may also be terminated at the discretion of the organizers, with or without prior notice.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and participating in the Fortuna Latina Financial Literacy Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms of Service.
